I just saw this video story on the Discovery Channel show Destroyed in Seconds. It was a cool idea, but the jump came up a wee bit short. I wonder if it would have been successful if the sponsors had stayed with the original stuntman, Ken Carter, since it was his idea and he probably knew more of what he was doing than the stand-in.
