Apple may have neglected to mention a special and useful feature of its Remote App. The Remote App is a free download from the iTunes App store that allows you to control your iTunes Library from your iPhone or iPod Touch (version 2.0). You can also use this with your Apple TV.
This is where the special feature comes in. Typing on the Apple TV is usually a chore but with Remote App on your iPhone or iPod Touch, you can use the device as a remote keyboard. Making it easier and better to to type stuff in Apple TV.
I think Remote App is one of the best free apps so far. Too bad my iPod Touch is broken and I can’t make use of it till I get it back. Oh well…
